Shipping We ship across Pakistan. All orders are carefully packed by hand and dispatched within 2-3 business days of placement. Standard Delivery — PKR 300 flat rate. Delivered within 3-5 business days. Free Shipping — On all orders above PKR 5,000. Applied automatically at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with your tracking details. During peak periods (launches and restocks), dispatch may take up to 4 business days — we will always communicate any delay in advance. Returns We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we will make it right. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration cannot be accepted for return. How to Return Contact us through our contact page or send a message on Instagram at @ruyabyrz within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for return. We will guide you through the next steps. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or faulty, in which case we will arrange and cover the return. Exchanges We are happy to exchange for a different size where stock is available. Contact us within 7 days and we will check availability immediately. Faulty or Incorrect Items In the rare case that you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund with no return shipping cost to you. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
